How long does a full verification take?+
PAN and Aadhaar checks are near-instant. Criminal records take 5–7 working days. Full police verification takes 10–15 days because it depends on the local station.
Do you ever share my phone number with a nanny?+
No. All calls go through our masked line via CallerDesk. Neither side ever sees the other's real number.
Are my Aadhaar and PAN safe?+
Yes. We only display the last 4 digits after entry, encrypt at rest, and use the numbers only to run the checks you've requested. DPDP-aligned.
What is a Complete Trust Pack?+
All 7 verification checks bundled together, including criminal records and police verification.
What happens if a check comes back with a discrepancy?+
You get the report with the finding, without judgement. You decide next steps. We can help you interview replacements at no extra cost.
Do you charge commission when I hire a nanny?+
No. You pay ₹1,000 once for 10 unlocks. If you hire someone, there's no additional fee.
What if none of the 10 profiles I unlock are a fit?+
Write to us and we'll refund unused credits within 30 days, or top up your pack.
Can I sign the caregiver up for a health/salary payout plan through you?+
Not yet. We're focused on trust and discovery first. Payroll & health coverage are on the roadmap.
